Helpful2User34530418Aug 2025 · CallMarla Dawn was remarkably gracious but I absolutely expected a more unambiguous succinct treating based off reviews! when we’re paying four dollars a minute, we don’t wanna hear any commentary. it was if she was guessing on a lot of things like oh yeah it could go this way as well as she certainly didn’t offer up anything on her own. I felt like it took her a long time to get to the crux of something and give me a straight answer. it was if she lacked confidence and what she was saying. I had to ask a lot of questions which feels like a lot of pulling. Gentle of slow with the delivery process too at four dollars a minute. Honestly frustrated with the whole interaction.
